Luden Estates Phase 3 is a community of brand new homes in Vancouver, Washington. Songbird Homes is building on  lots 66-78 which range in size from approximately 4,500 to 5,300 square feet. A variety of floor plans are offered with 1,730 to 2,124 square feet, each a 2-level home.
